Achievements
More than 25 years of experience in managing sales teams in B2B and B2C markets. For 20 years she was associated with T-Mobile, where she served as manager of 50-person sales teams covering various sales channels in the B2B market. She received multiple awards for top performance in regional and national rankings.
The next 5 years she was the Managing Director of the Katowice Macroregion at BNI Poland, where she created a team supporting more than 300 Entrepreneurs in the Silesian region. Currently, she supports business owners in managing and arranging processes in their companies, with a special focus on building and improving the efficiency of sales departments.
Repeatedly awarded for the best results in regional and national rankings of T-MOBILE Poland 2000-2015.
Building a 12-person support team from scratch and developing the Silesian region of BNI (over 300 Entrepreneurs).
